Acceptance

By using smmsolver.com, booking a consultation, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we provide

SMM Solver provides digital marketing services and online training. Specifically:

Consultation calls

A paid consultation reserves a specific slot of Moidul's time. After payment you receive a booking link to choose that slot. If you do not attend and did not reschedule at least 4 hours beforehand, the slot is treated as used. You may reschedule once, free of charge, with reasonable notice.

Course access

When you purchase a course you get a personal, non-transferable licence to view its content for the access period shown on the course page. Course accounts are for one person. Sharing your login, recording lessons, or redistributing any material is a breach of these terms and will result in access being revoked without refund.

All course content, including video, text, worksheets and assessments, remains the intellectual property of SMM Solver.

Certification

Certificates are issued on completion of all published lessons in a course and, where applicable, on passing the required assessments. A certificate confirms completion of our training. It is not a government, medical or nutritional qualification and does not license you to practise as a healthcare professional.

Results and expectations

We describe outcomes that clients have achieved. They are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your market, your offer, your ad budget, your effort and how consistently you follow the system. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, clients or revenue.

Your responsibilities

Third-party platforms

Our services depend on platforms we do not control, including Meta, WhatsApp, Google and PhonePe. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account restrictions or ad rejections, though we will work with you to resolve any that affect your campaigns.

Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PhonePe or by direct UPI transfer that we verify manually. Service work begins once payment is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to that claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing service arrangement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if these terms are breached, in which case no refund is due.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Murshidabad, West Bengal.
