By using SMM Solver's services or website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

SMM Solver provides digital marketing services including lead generation, funnel setup, WhatsApp automation, and consultation calls. Service scope is agreed upon during consultation.

2. Consultation Booking

The ₹99 consultation fee is a commitment fee for a 10-minute strategy call with Moidul Islam. The call is conducted via phone or WhatsApp video. Time slots are subject to availability.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable after the service has been delivered, except as specified in our Refund Policy. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Maintain active ad accounts and required pages
• Timely approval of ad creatives and content
• Adequate ad budget as discussed

5. Results Disclaimer

SMM Solver uses proven strategies to maximize results, but cannot guarantee specific lead volumes or conversion rates. Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, ad budget, and responsiveness.

6. Intellectual Property

All strategies, templates, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of SMM Solver unless explicitly transferred.
