Who we are

SMM Solver is a digital marketing and training business operated by Moidul Islam from Lalgola, Murshidabad, West Bengal, India. This policy covers smmsolver.com and the SMM Solver Academy hosted on it.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you:

•Contact details you submit — name, phone number, email address and city

•Enquiry content — the service you selected and any message you wrote

•Account details if you register for a course — name, email, phone and an encrypted password

•Learning activity — which lessons you completed, quiz scores and certificates earned

•Payment references — order number, amount and gateway transaction ID

•Technical data — IP address and browser type, recorded in server logs for security

What we never store

We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials. All payments are processed on PhonePe's own secure infrastructure. Those details never reach our servers.

How we use your information

•To reply to your enquiry and deliver the service you asked for

•To give you access to courses you have purchased and track your progress

•To send service messages about your booking, order or account

•To improve our campaigns, website and training material

•To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who make the platform work — our hosting provider, the PhonePe payment gateway, and WhatsApp for messages you have asked to receive. Each of them receives only the minimum needed.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal data and expires when you close your browser. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Data retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Course accounts, enrolments and certificates are kept for as long as your account is active, since you retain lifetime access to what you purchased. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account and personal data. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. Note that deleting your account also removes access to purchased courses.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing and are never readable by us or anyone else. Access to the admin panel is restricted, logged and rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and act quickly if anything looks wrong.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site.
