Consultation calls

If the call did not give you value, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the call and we refund the full fee. No form, no argument.

If you paid but never took the call, you can either reschedule or request a full refund within 7 days of payment.

Online courses

Courses carry a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the lessons. Because course content is delivered instantly and in full, we cannot refund once a substantial portion has been consumed.

If you were charged twice, or bought the wrong course, contact us and we will refund or transfer you to the right one immediately, regardless of the window.

Monthly services

Lead generation, funnel and automation work is delivered as an ongoing service. Because ad spend and build time are committed up front, service fees for a month already begun are not refundable.

You can cancel any time with 30 days notice. You will not be charged for the following cycle, and you keep everything already built for you — ad account, funnel, automations and lead data.

If we fail to deliver the agreed scope in a month, we will either extend your service at no cost or refund that month at your choice.

Ad spend

Money paid directly to Meta as advertising budget is spent on your behalf and cannot be refunded by us. Any unspent balance in your ad account remains yours — the account is in your name.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money left your account but the order shows as failed, send us the order reference. We verify with the gateway and refund within 5–7 working days. If the payment actually succeeded, we activate your purchase instead — you are never charged for nothing.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. PhonePe and UPI refunds usually appear within 5–7 working days. Bank card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your issuer.
