If you feel the 10-minute consultation call was not helpful or did not take place due to our fault, you are entitled to a full ₹99 refund within 24 hours of the scheduled call. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your payment reference.
For monthly service packages, refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment if work has not yet commenced. Once work has begun (ad accounts created, funnels set up, etc.), refunds are not applicable for work already completed.
